A complete field guide to Gloom Hunters: the obstacles you place to defend your base and the weapons you carry into a raid. Every obstacle can be built in four rarities, from Rare up to the coveted Gloom tier, each one tougher than the last.

Obstacles

Defensive structures you place to protect your base. Each one can be built in all four rarities. The higher the tier, the tougher it is to break.

Guard

Guard

A watchful protector, always on the lookout. They patrol the area, making sure no one sneaks by. If something feels off, they're quick to react and stop any trouble before it starts.

Dreadwall

Dreadwall

A massive, dark wall that blocks any enemy attempting to pass. Its sheer size makes it a nearly unstoppable obstacle, capable of trapping intruders for a significant time. Once destroyed, it collapses completely, removing the barrier and exposing the area beyond to immediate danger.

Shadow Vault

Shadow Vault

A shadowy vault that stores a Boom. When destroyed, it adds a Boom to the raider's mission. Once the raider has destroyed all of these shadow vaults, they can enter the Boom tier. The more vaults placed, the more the raider must destroy before gaining access to the Boom tier.

Shadowstrike Tower

Shadowstrike Tower

Hidden in the darkness, the Shadowstrike Tower lies unseen, waiting. It silently targets enemies with a deadly precision that deals 15 damage to the player, launching attacks from the shadows before they even realize it's there.
